A native of Ohio, Mooney received a B.A. in Business Administration from Franklin University in Columbus. He has a background in the retail industry, owning designer shoe stores in several states. His business background served him well in the real estate field, and he has earned accolades for performance, including Platinum Rewards membership from 1st USA Realty in Arizona for four consecutive years.
