Polo Grill regularly invites guest charities to step behind the bar and serve up their favorite drinks to friends and customers to benefit charity organizations. Beginning at 6:00pm, this event will feature four celebrity guest bartenders making cocktails, pouring drinks and working the cash register on behalf of the Prader-Willi Syndrome Association. Patrons will have the opportunity to participate in a silent auction and enjoy great happy hour specials throughout the night. All tips raised between 6:00pm and 8:00pm will be donated to benefit those suffering from PWS.

PWS is a complex genetic disorder that typically causes low muscle tone, short stature, incomplete sexual development, cognitive disabilities, problem behaviors, and a chronic feeling of hunger that can lead to excessive eating and life-threatening obesity. It is estimated that one in 12,000 to 15,000 people is born with PWS. Although considered a "rare" disorder, PWS is one of the most common conditions seen in genetics clinics, and is the most common genetic cause of obesity that has been identified.
