Be Prepared Out There: Forecasters at the National Weather Service say our Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 2, should be a hot one in the Tampa Bay area. A high in the low 90s is expected with rain chances around 30 percent or so. Be ready for anything as you head out to those barbecues!
