“Halfacre enjoys a continued relationship with our District due to their demonstrated ability to deliver successful projects for low costs, while strongly supporting the District’s goals of providing significant subcontracting opportunities to local small, minority and women-owned businesses,” said Rory Salimbene, general manager of construction for Hillsborough County Public Schools. “We’re always confident that Halfacre is working with the District’s best interest when they are managing one of our projects,” said Salimbene.

Halfacre Construction Company will also be working on modular additions for the Hillsborough County Area Director Complex at three sites. The project scope of work involves the demolition of the existing facilities and providing new facilities for the three Area Director sites.  The project will start in June 2014 and will be complete by August 2014 for the start of the school year.
