Students receive guidance a nd support from SCFCS while taking college courses at SCF Bradenton with an opportunity to earn simultaneously a high school diploma and an asso ciate&rsquo\;s degree.\nA partnership with Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU) provides a scholarship program for SCFCS graduates to continue t o FGCU for a baccalaureate degree.\nIn its second year\, SCFCS earned a second consecutive &lsquo\;A&rsquo\; grade from the Florida Department o f Education (DOE) based on students&rsquo\; performance on the 2012 Flor ida Comprehensive Assessment Test.
