The Salvation Army's Family Stores offer quality clothing, furniture and other goods at bargain prices. Revenue from its Family Stores nationwide help fully fund its Adult Rehabilitation Centers, which provide assistance to the homeless and working poor in Manatee County and around the country.
The local Family Store on Tamiami Trail (14th Street West) is a few blocks from the Salvation Army's Social Services and Adminstration Center, and it accepts donations and drop-offs.
