Mixon Fruit Farms hosts its annual Orange Blossom Festival March 2nd and 3rd, 9am to 5pm. This year’s extravaganza features The World Famous Wallenda Troupe with its own brand of thrills, stunts and highwire entertainment – three shows daily. Added excitement includes pony rides through the groves, ferris wheel, bounce houses, a rock climbing wall, bungee and kids rides, amazing food, local entertainment, bands, tram tours and live, performing bears. Inside exhibits will feature the Citrus and Produce Crate Label Collectors’ Swap along with over 100 crafters and lots of fun for the whole family! Admission and parking are FREE.

More About Mixon Fruit Farms
Variety abounds at Mixon Fruit Farms. It all starts with fresh citrus grown on 450 acres of groveland. From there, owners Dean and Janet Mixon have let their imaginations run wild. The grounds feature tropical gardens, an outdoor pavilion and gazebo used for parties and weddings, a butterfly maze, a cafe, an ice cream parlor, a juice bar and a fruit packing house. It also runs events throughout the year.
Dean Mixon's grandparents founded the company in 1939, and it is still a family operation, with Janet's son Rick Permuy managing the store, Janet working with the wedding and event planners and Dean overseeing the groves.
