Ner Tamid’s Chai (Life) Ceremony is an innovative ritual celebrating the life passage at or around age 18. These young adults are embarking on a new chapter in their lives. They are beginning college, or returning to school after the summer break. It is a time of separation, as they go to college, or continue to live at home where the nature of the family relationship changes.
Join us on Saturday, August 18th at 10:00 am for a very special Shabbat and Kiddush brunch in honor of college students in Manatee & Sarasota Counties. All college students are invited. Membership is not required.

Congregation Ner Tamid is a Bradenton congregation that offers a range of programs and services for children and adults. It provides Sunday School programs and classes on Jewish culture, history, reading, writing, Torah study, and Bar or Bat Mitzvah and more for kids and young teens. Classes offered for adults include Intro to Bar or Bat Mitzvah... Your Way!, Hebrew Reading and Writing, Torah study and more.
