Request City Services Online, From Your Mobile Phone

Bradenton residents can ask for road repairs, garbage pickup and more through new constituent services platform.

It just got easier for Bradenton residents to request city services.

The city has launched a new constituent service request platform that is available online and on mobile phones, it announced Monday. Through the platform, residents are able to request a variety of city services, including road repairs, tree trimming, garbage pickup and traffic safety. The public will also be able to get help accessing accounts and making online payments.

The system is powered by PublicStuff, a web portal that enables Bradenton residents to submit online service requests directly through the city’s website or through any mobile phone device. From there, requests and status updates can be tracked online.

“We are looking forward to the enhanced functionality that PublicStuff will provide to the city," Bradenton Mayor Wayne Poston said in a news release. "The ability for a citizen to use their phone to report a problem and possibly attach a photo and coordinates as well as the integration with Google maps will be very helpful to the city staff as we work to keep our city beautiful.”
