BOWLING FOR THE BREAST CANCER CURE

When/Where: Saturday 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at
Why go? For just $15 participants can rent bowling shoes and bowl two games all while contributing to the cure. There will also be a raffle and auction at the event for those who don't want to bowl.
Pricing: $15 for two games and shoe rental. Bring money for raffle tickets.

HIGH HEEL-A-THON

When/Where: Saturday 9 a.m. to noon at Hornback Chiropractic & Wellness
Why go? Chair massages, petting zoo, bounce house, face painting, cotton candy, snow cones, best dressed pet contest and lots of prizes? Do you need more? Sign up for the High Heel-a-thon race and best decorated bra contest. All proceeds and donations will go to the American Cancer Society.
Pricing: The entry fee for the race is $20.00 in advance, and $30.00 on the 8th.  All participants will receive a Free T-Shirt and a chance to win 1st, 2nd or 3rd place prizes.

When/Where: Thursday, Friday, Saturday at 8 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m. in the David S. and Anne V. Howard Studio Theatre, 5840 26th St. West, building 11 West.
Why go? In the fictitious town of Almost, Maine, residents experience the complications of love in unexpected and often hilarious ways as the northern lights hover above on a cold winter night. The SCF production is directed by Dean Anthony, assistant professor, theatre.
Pricing: General admission, $10, SCF students and employees $5. Tickets are on sale in the Neel Performing Arts CenterBox Office. For more information, call 941-752-5252.
