I just received great service from Wright-Way Cooling & Heating. Last night we were getting ready for bed and noticed it was a little warm. 79 degrees when we normally do 77... so we bumped it down to 76 and it never would go below 79 and got up to 81 today, yikes! So my wife said she had good service with whomever installed our 2-ton unit. I went through our files and found their contact info...

They responded same day and replaced two parts. Super nice and it was very reasonable to repair. Notice I said repair, not replace!! We couldn't be happier.
