Adoptable Cat of the Week: Charlie is Warm
He's just one of the pets up for adoption at the county's downtown center.
This week's adoptable cat is Charlie a brown and white tiger.
Charlie is a 2-year-old neutered male who is warm and loving. He has been with Manatee County Animal Services since April 19 when he was picked up as a stray. You can visit Charlie and several other cats up for adoption at the Manatee County Animal Services downtown adoption center this week. The downtown center is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
July is a great month to adopt a cat. All adoptions are $35 in July. This is a huge savings to the public with $55 off dogs and $35 off cats. Adoptions at Manatee County Animal Services include spay/neuter, vaccinations, health check, microchip and current rabies certificate/tag. This adoption special is another step in the County’s plan to become a no-kill community.
