The Manatee Glens Board of Directors has voted to add Kathy Hargreaves, CPA, CFP, CPC to the Board. She has been elected to a three-year term, effective immediately and will serve on the finance committee. Hargreaves is a Certified Public Accountant specializing in health care revenue cycle management and is a shareholder with Kerkering, Barberio & Co., CPAs, Sarasota. Additionally she provides business and tax planning services.

 “We are honored to have Kathy join us. She adds the level of financial expertise that will greatly strengthen our board and help us as we continue to grow,” stated Manatee Glens President/CEO Mary Ruiz. “She is respected in this community for her expertise in health care finance.”

 Hargreaves also serves on the FICPA (Florida Institute of CPAs) Health Care Committee and the the boards of Sarasota Blood Bank and the American Cancer Society. She is a past board member of the Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce and the Plymouth Harbor Continuing Care Retirement Center. She has previously served as president of Keep Manatee Beautiful and as treasurer of Entre Nous Civic Organization.
